2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
- We sell women’s clothing including casual wear, ethnic wear, kurtis, maxis, co-ords, skirts, and custom/bride-to-order outfits.
- Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography.
- Measurements provided are approximate and may vary slightly.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Delivery Charges:
- ₹79 for Prepaid orders
- ₹149 for COD orders
- FREE Shipping on orders above ₹2,499 (Pan-India)
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We ship Pan-India.
- Dispatch timelines:
- Ready-to-Ship Products: 2–4 business days
- Custom / Bridal / Made-to-Order: 7–14 business days
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- For ready-to-ship items, any issue related to damage or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags intact
- Exchange requests are subject to review and approval.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom / Bridal / Made-to-Order items
- Sale or discounted items
- International orders
6. REFUNDS
- Refunds are not offered on custom, bridal, or made-to-order items.
- For eligible ready-to-ship items, refunds (if approved) will be processed after quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
7. CANCELLATIONS
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
- Custom and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- COD availability is subject to serviceability.
- We reserve the right to restrict COD for certain pin codes or high-value orders.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content on this website (images, logos, text, designs) belongs to SILAI ALAGII Boutique.
- Any unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
