- Custom / Bridal / Made-to-Order items

- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue (damage, defect, wrong item).Â

- Once the item is received and quality-checked, we will process the refund or exchange.

- For eligible ready-to-ship items, refunds are processed after quality inspection.
