1. SHIPPING AREAS
We currently ship to all locations across India (Pan-India), subject to operational feasibility and courier coverage.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
📍 Standard Charges
- ₹79 – for Prepaid orders
- ₹149 – for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Free Shipping – on orders of ₹2,499 and above
Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of order value and payment method and are final at checkout.
3. PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Processing time begins once the order is confirmed and payment is received (for prepaid orders).

- Delivery timelines depend on destination and courier operations.
5. DELIVERY & TIMELINES
- Estimated delivery is calculated from the date of dispatch.
- Delays may occur due to logistics issues, natural events, strikes, or public holidays — we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
- Use the tracking link provided to check your order status with the courier partner.
7. FAILED / UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability at delivery, you may be charged additional shipping for reshipment, based on courier policies.
To avoid such situations:

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we do not ship outside of India.

- Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
